Your card is charged $10 (or your configured total) today and on the same day each month. Cancel from any receipt or by emailing us.
The invite goes to the email you used at checkout. The Business Associate Agreement arrives for e-signature; sign it before any patient information enters the workspace.

Is the $10 per user or per workspace?
Per location, for the whole team at that location. Five people are included. The sixth person is $2 a month. There is no per-user price for the first five.
What counts as a location?
A physical site with its own staff, like a second office. Each location is $10 a month and brings 5 more users and 20 more GB. One office with 12 people is one location plus 7 extra users: $24 a month.
Is there a free trial?
No. The plan is $10 a month with no contract, so the first month is the trial: set up a real workspace, and if it is not right for you, cancel and you are not charged again.
Do you sign a BAA on the $10 plan?
Yes. Every plan, including the smallest, gets a signed Business Associate Agreement. It is emailed for e-signature with your owner invite.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month to month, no contract. Cancel by replying to any Stripe receipt or emailing [email protected]. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
What does the API add-on include?
REST API access, incoming and outgoing webhooks, bot users and exports for one workspace, $20 a month flat regardless of locations or users. See the API page.
