TigerConnect does not publish pricing. As of November 2026 its site has no pricing page (the /pricing/ address returns a 404), and the product pages lead to datasheets and a demo request. What is published is a standard Business Associate Agreement and a hospital-grade feature set. A small practice should expect a sales-led quote and should go in with a list of questions.
Every plan and price
We looked for a plan ladder and found one product: the Clinical Collaboration platform, sold through sales. There is no self-serve signup, no published per-user or per-site rate, no published storage limit and no stated free tier. That is normal for software sold to hospitals, and it is the first thing a small practice should understand before booking a demo. Anything you read elsewhere as a TigerConnect price is a quote someone received, not a list price, and it can change.
| Plan | Price | Unit | Billing | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clinical Collaboration platform | Contact sales | Not published | Not published | Role-based messaging, dynamic on-call teams, vendor-agnostic alerts from nurse-call and monitoring systems, patient context with EHR references, care team assignments from the EHR, prioritized inbox, message escalation, iOS and Android apps, Open API |
| Companion products | Contact sales | Not published | Not published | Scheduling, operator console, alarm management |
| Free tier | Not published | n/a | n/a | Our research could not find one |
The fine print
- Positioning: hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health, home health and hospice, and skilled nursing. TigerConnect says it serves 6,000+ healthcare organizations. No size minimum is stated.
- Security claims on its pages: HIPAA-compliant and HITRUST certified, encryption in transit and at rest, end-to-end encryption, PIN locks and full administrator controls, with a stated 99.995% uptime and no planned downtime.
- Integration is the product: care teams and patient context come from the EHR, and alerts come from clinical systems, so implementation involves your IT or your EHR vendor.
- The standard BAA is published at tigerconnect.com/legal/business-associate-agreement/, last updated October 29, 2026, and 'forms part of the agreement for services between Covered Entity and TigerConnect'.
- An enterprise sales process means a demo, a scoping conversation and a proposal rather than a checkout page.
What a 5-person and a 15-person practice would pay
We cannot do this arithmetic, and neither can you from TigerConnect's site. There is no published rate to multiply by 5 or 15. What we can show is what tools with published prices charge for the same headcounts, as of November 2026, so a quote has something to stand next to. Prices change; verify on each vendor's site.
| Tool | 5 people | 15 people | BAA |
|---|---|---|---|
| TigerConnect | Contact sales | Contact sales | Yes, standard BAA published |
| Hypercare Starter | $40 to $50 ($8 or $10 per user; billing toggle unlabeled) | $120 to $150 | Yes, Starter and up |
| Microsoft Teams Essentials | $20 ($4 per user, paid yearly) | $60 | Yes, by default on commercial plans |
| Yodl Team | $10 flat | $30 ($10 plus 10 extra users at $2) | Yes, every plan |
If a quote for 15 people lands far above those numbers, that is not a mistake. You would be paying for role-based routing, alerting and EHR integration that a Slack-style tool does not have. The question is whether a 15-person practice uses any of it.
HIPAA and the BAA: what it costs or requires
A BAA, or Business Associate Agreement, is the contract HIPAA requires before a vendor may hold protected health information (PHI): anything that identifies a patient and relates to their care. TigerConnect publishes its standard BAA on its legal pages and states that it forms part of the services agreement, which is more transparent than most vendors in this market. The site does not say whether the BAA changes the price, so ask. TigerConnect also describes itself as HITRUST certified; HITRUST is a third-party security framework, and it is not the same as HIPAA, which certifies nothing.
Questions to ask on the sales call
- Is pricing per user, per facility, or per bed, and what is the minimum number of users or the minimum contract term?
- What is the implementation fee, and what does EHR integration cost on top of the license?
- Which of these are included and which are companion products: scheduling, operator console, alarm management?
- Does the standard BAA apply unchanged, and does anything about it alter the price?
- What are the message retention defaults, and how do we export our data if we leave?
- Is a practice our size one you normally serve, and can you name the support model for a team without an IT department?
How Yodl's flat price compares
These are different leagues, and we say so. TigerConnect is for hospitals, surgery centers and large groups that need to find the on-call cardiologist by role, push nurse-call alerts into a message thread, and pull care teams from the EHR. Yodl is Slack-style channels and threads for a small office: $10 a month for one location with 5 users, 20 GB and a signed BAA, $2 per extra user, self-serve checkout, no sales call. It has no role-based routing, no alerting, no EHR integration and no calls. If you are a 5 to 20 person practice that needs staff to talk to each other with a BAA in place, Yodl is the better buy; if you are a hospital, it is not. The side-by-side is at Yodl vs TigerConnect, and Yodl's numbers are on the pricing page: $10 a month for 5 people, signed BAA.
TigerConnect publishes a BAA and a feature list, not a price. If you are a hospital, book the demo with the questions above; if you are a 5 to 20 person practice, a self-serve tool with a published price is probably the better buy.
